2) Resources used: Networking & Network Features > Problems Connecting The TV To A Network > Wireless > IP Address, Subnet, Gateway, DNS Server Test Failed > IP Address, Subnet, Gateway, DNS Server Test Failed Again.
3) Steps taken:
• verify the issue
• Run network test - IP Address, Subnet, Gateway, DNS Server Test Failed
• Powercycle the TV, Modem, and the Router -
• Explain to the customer that the issue is caused by - (Please edit)
